Job summary

ALLGREEN PROPERTIES LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Mobile & Full Stack Application Developer to own the design, development, testing and deployment of the loyalty app on iOS and Android, and to contribute to backend services and web components powering the loyalty ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end mobile and full stack development; must cover iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience with React Native or similar hybrid frameworks.
• Proficiency in backend frameworks (Node.js, Python/Django, Java Spring Boot) and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerisation is advantageous.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with APIs and backend platforms.

Job Summary

We are an established property and retail organisation managing a portfolio of shopping destinations. Our loyalty programme connects members with participating malls and tenants through a mobile application that supports rewards points and other digital services.

The Loyalty team works closely with marketing teams and technology vendors to enhance the member experience and deliver new digital capabilities. We are looking for a Mobile & Full Stack Application Developer who can take ownership of the application's technical design, development, testing and deployment across both iOS and Android platforms, as well as contributing to backend services, APIs and web-facing components that power our loyalty ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively analyse and clarify business requirements with the team, and technical requirements with internal and external system owners.
• Work closely with relevant system owners to support application integration, investigate and troubleshoot production issues across interconnected systems in a timely manner.
• Take ownership of translating business requirements into user journeys and technical designs for the loyalty programme's iOS and Android applications, from development, integration, testing to release.
• Be accountable for the complete testing lifecycle, including preparation of test scenarios and test cases, SIT, regression testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution and production release readiness.
• Plan quarterly application releases, including submission and deployment through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Monitor and optimise application performance, reliability, responsiveness and user experience.
• Apply mobile and full stack development best practices relating to coding standards, security, maintainability, version control and release management, covering both client-side and server-side components.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation, including system designs, integration specifications, deployment procedures and operational support guides.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to improve development productivity and automate the generation and execution of test cases for regression and enhancement testing.
• Liaise with backend API vendors and third-party service providers to review integration specifications, validate API contracts, and ensure backend services reliably support mobile application features, loyalty transactions and member data management.
• Collaborate on web portal or admin dashboard development where applicable, leveraging frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js alongside backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across mobile, web and backend layers, applying best practices in database design, caching and API versioning.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end mobile and full stack application development. Candidates must demonstrate experience across BOTH iOS and Android mobile platforms.
• Hands-on experience in React Native or other hybrid mobile development frameworks.
• Proficiency in full stack development, including backend frameworks (e.g. Node.js, Python/Django, Java Spring Boot) and relational or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Prior experience working in or building digital solutions for hospitality, loyalty programmes, retail, or consumer lifestyle industries is strongly preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs, backend platforms and third-party systems through conducting technical design, development, SIT and production support.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, data privacy and secure API integration.
• Experience with source-code management, automated build pipelines and mobile application release processes.
• Familiarity with Apple and Google Play Store submission, review and deployment processes.
• Had experience using artificial intelligence tools to generate, automate or maintain test cases for regression and enhancement testing.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.
• Able to proactively host collaboration meetings independently with various stakeholders
• Strong sense of accountability for application quality, stability and successful delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
