Rainbow Care Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based health-tech company, is developing BEEMS, a system that monitors sleep and breathing through a sensor-backed mobile app. You will own the Android and iOS apps end to end, shape features from requirements to store release, and design screens within an established design system.

Lead features with a strong test suite and a mock backend, collaborating with backend teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building native mobile apps with production releases on Android and iOS.
• Deep knowledge of Kotlin/Compose or Swift/SwiftUI, and able to be productive in the other.
• Strong understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow.
• Experience with release engineering, CI, and store consoles.
• Comfort reading OpenAPI contracts and using a design system.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship features on Android, iOS, and Web.
• Review mobile PRs to uphold architecture and code quality.
• Own the release process: signing, CI, beta distribution, Play/App Store submissions.
• Collaborate with backend on API contracts and integration.
• Maintain the mock backend and automated test coverage.
• Design new screens and flows within the design system using AI-assisted tools.
• Use AI coding tools as part of daily development with rigorous review.

About The Company

Rainbow Care is a Singapore based health-tech company. Our product, BEEMS, pairs an under-mattress sensor with a mobile app so families and care providers can see how the people they look after are sleeping and breathing, and get alerted when something needs attention.

The Role

You will own our two native apps end to end: the Android app, built in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, and the iOS app, built in Swift with SwiftUI and The Composable Architecture (TCA). Both follow a written architecture standard and are backed by a strong test suite, a mock backend and an end-to-end scenario catalogue. You will keep them shipping, keep them consistent with each other, and lead new features from requirements to store release. You will also design the screens you build, working from an established design system with AI-assisted design tools. This is a hands-on role reporting to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities

• - Build and ship features on Android, iOS and Web
• - Review all mobile pull requests and uphold the architecture and code quality standards
• - Own the release process: signing, CI, beta distribution, Google Play and App Store submissions, crash monitoring
• - Collaborate with the backend team on API contracts and integration
• - Maintain the mock backend and automated test coverage
• - Design new screens and flows within the existing design system using AI-assisted design tools
• - Use AI coding tools (Claude and Codex provided) as part of daily development, with rigorous review of their output

Requirements

• - Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• - 5+ years building native mobile apps, with production releases you owned on both stores
• - Deep in Kotlin/Compose or Swift/SwiftUI, and productive in the other
• - Strong understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow
• - Experience with release engineering, CI and store consoles
• - Comfortable reading OpenAPI contracts
• - Good product and UI judgement, able to design screens from a design system
• - Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex or similar) in day-to-day development
• - Clear written communication

Preferred Qualifications

• - Stripe mobile SDKs or in-app payments
• - Bluetooth LE or USB accessory setup
• - Push notifications on both platforms
