A growing digital platform provider in Singapore is seeking a Mobile APP Manager to own, manage, and scale their mobile app platform. The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of experience in product management or digital operations, with a strong understanding of user journeys and platform KPIs. This role involves collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, product roadmap development, user acquisition strategies, and ensuring system compliance. We are looking for a Mobile APP Manager to own, manage, and scale our mobile app platform from both a product and operational perspective. This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, users, and partners, ensuring the platform delivers value to customers while supporting growth, monetisation, and system stability.
You will work closely with founders, developers, designers, operations, and marketing teams to continuously improve the platform’s performance, features, and user experience.
Own the end-to-end management of the mobile platform (iOS / Android)
Translate business goals into product roadmaps and feature requirements
Prioritise features, bug fixes, and enhancements with development teams
Manage app releases, versioning, and post-launch improvements
Oversee daily platform operations, user flows, and service quality
Monitor KPIs such as MAU, retention, conversion, and transaction success
Work with marketing teams on user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers on platform usage
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
Prepare clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Work with external vendors or in-house developers to meet timelines
Support customer service teams with platform-related issues and insights
Ensure platform compliance with data protection and security best practices
Identify risks, scalability issues, and improvement opportunities
Support integration with payment gateways, APIs, and third-party services
3–7 years of experience in product management, or digital operations
Experience managing mobile apps or marketplace platforms
Strong understanding of user journeys, UX, and platform KPIs
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Experience with IoT devices, marketplace, fintech, proptech, or service platforms
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum product development
Experience working with startups or scaling companies
Basic understanding of APIs, cloud systems, or mobile analytics tools
