Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support professional to provide desktop support and manage IT services. The ideal candidate has at least a Higher Nitec in Computer Science or related field and preferably has 1 year of IT helpdesk experience. Responsibilities include assisting with user requests, managing IT inventory, and maintaining documentation. Competitive salary up to $3.2k with additional AWS offered and located in Jurong East.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Salary: Basic up to $3.2k (depending on experience & education) + AWS

Key Duties
  • Provide IT helpdesk and desktop support to users.
  • Assist in managing IT services, assets, and software inventory.
  • Handle and resolve user requests and tickets promptly.
  • Support documentation, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Assist IS Officer and perform other IT‑related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum Higher Nitec in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience is highly advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and IT support.
