Job summary

The Resolute Hunter Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Finance/Accounts team in Singapore.

The role emphasizes hands-on automation of accounting processes using Python, Power Automate, and the Microsoft ecosystem, including data validation and consolidation from diverse sources. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting, improve data quality and governance, and document automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on Accounting process automation/ BP improvement
• Strong hands-on experience with advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, complex formulas)
• Experience with Python scripting, SQL, Power Automate and Power BI in automation projects

Responsibilities

• Understand the current Accounting processes and workflow
• Automate, design and streamline Accounting work processes using Python, Power Automate and other Microsoft ecosystem tools (repetitive tasks, reporting, AP processes)
• Ensure efficient data validation, extraction and consolidation processes from varying data sources
• Use and maintain data visualizations, reports and Power BI dashboards for financial reporting
• Enhance data quality and governance by ensuring reporting accuracy
• Document automation initiatives
• Conduct training for the finance team
• Act as backup for the Accounts Payable function
• Work closely with other relevant departments (Finance, IT teams etc)
