Job summary

Softvil Technologies seeks a Tech Lead – Machine Learning (Fixed Term Contract) to drive AI programs in banking and financial services. You will lead scalable ML systems, mentor ML engineers and data scientists, and ensure high engineering standards across projects.

The role requires 10+ years in total with at least 5 years hands-on ML experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Python, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and MLOps tools. A BS in CS or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, incl. 5+ years in ML.
• Proficiency in Python/Scala/Java and ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, production-ready ML systems.
• Lead and mentor ML engineers and data scientists.
• Oversee end-to-end ML model lifecycle from data to deployment.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with product stake­holders to translate goals into ML solutions.
