Job description

Key responsibilities

• Beverage preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes or guest requests.
• Recipe development: Create new and innovative cocktails, and be knowledgeable about classic drink recipes, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
• Customer service: Interact with guests, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Bar management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, stock supplies, and manage inventory and ordering.
• Team collaboration: Coordinate with other bar and restaurant staff, and potentially train and mentor junior bartenders or staff.
