Job summary

Facade Today in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Facilities Engineer to oversee mission critical building operations, including HVAC, electrical, BMS, and fire/life safety systems. You will perform rounds, troubleshoot, and repair equipment independently to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level experience in mission critical facilities operations.
• Experience with mission critical infrastructure (UPS, HVAC, generators, fire/life safety).
• Strong hands-on electrical or mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all building systems and mission critical equipment.
• Conduct routine assessment of building systems operations.
• Perform tests, rounds, and data analysis to ensure proper equipment function.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment.
• Work on building management programs for mission critical facilities.
• Ensure efficient operation of all building systems.
