Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education preferred.
• 1 year classroom teaching experience with children aged 3 to 7 years.

Job Description:

• Plan, supervise, and implement the Literacy programme for the class in accordance with MindChamps' policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
• Prepare age appropriate teaching aids and implement the programme in class.
• Practice positive guidance strategies and techniques.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Keep accurate records of the students’ progress.
• Address each student's educational and developmental needs with parents.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies (Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc)
• 1 year classroom teaching experience with learners aged 3 to 7 years old preferred
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Strong command of the English Language (spoken and written).
