• Working hours: Staggered timing for Mon to Fri (0700-1630 / 0800-1730 / 0830-1800); Sat (0700 – 1600)

Job scope:

• Bed & Surgical Booking Office Operations
• Maintain service standards for scheduling and bed booking calls.
• Follow appointment scheduling procedures and guidelines.
• Disseminate hospital and departmental updates effectively.
• Ensure calls are answered within 3 rings or 30 seconds using standard greetings.
• Handle difficult customers and apply service recoveryprotocols.
