Salary: Up to $5500 + 1 month bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for queries and escalations, manage client relationship to ensure a positive service delivery experience.
- Governance and oversight of the end-to-end process for client transactions and trade lifecycle events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify, elevate and resolve risks and issues that arise during ongoing service delivery.
- Logging and monitoring of Client operational queries in terms of status, prioritizing for resolution and communicating appropriately to relevant stakeholders, ensuring expectations are always managed well.
- Provide support on queries related to middle office service, operating models, and market specific knowledge.
- Support any new fund implementation and transitions process related to Middle Office clients.
- Coordinate with global Operations and IT teams to address concerns, resolve issues, investigate and identify areas for continuous service improvement.

Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle Management (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, MM, Derivatives, CIS, OTC)
- Strong working knowledge of Settlement processes and Post trade Reconciliation
- Familiar with Cash and Treasury payments
- Awareness of Risk and Control frameworks
- Understanding of corporate action lifecycle events
