Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support for a range of microscopy systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and application trials for customers and channel partners.
• Offer on-site and remote training to end users on system operation, data analysis, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable microscopy solutions.
• Assist in system installation, configuration, and calibration at customer sites.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product and R&D teams for continuous improvement.
