Sanofi is seeking a QC Supervisor (Microbiology) at our Jurong site to oversee the daily operations of the quality control laboratory and ensure compliance with GMP and internal QA standards.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, training, and strict adherence to validated methods, with accountability for documenting results, maintaining equipment, and coordinating cross-site testing and CAPA actions on quality issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in microbiology or related discipline with 5+ years hands-on laboratory experience.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily QC laboratory operations to ensure adherence to scheduled plans.
• Maintain GMP compliance and quality control processes defined by internal and external requirements.
• Manage and train laboratory staff, ensuring they follow best practices and safety guidelines.
• Review and approve laboratory test results and reports.
• Maintain laboratory equipment with maintenance, qualification and calibration plans.
• Coordinate external/cross-site testing including samples flows and results reports.
• Investigate quality control events and implement remediation actions from findings and CAPAs.
