Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a microbiology laboratory technician for an 18 months contract at Changi. You will perform routine microbiology laboratory testing and related duties in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires a NITEC or Diploma in Microbiology/related science and a minimum of 1 year of laboratory experience. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, onsite, with a completion bonus of 1.5 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiology laboratory testing
• Conduct sterility, bioburden and aseptic filtration testing
• Perform environmental monitoring, sample collection and testing
• Test in-process solutions according to established procedures
• Perform laboratory data entry and maintain accurate testing records
• Follow SOPs, work instructions and documentation requirements
• Maintain traceable information and laboratory records
• Support testing validation and revalidation of critical systems and equipment

Education

NITEC or Diploma in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or related science discipline
