Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with QA standards (GMP/GLP/ISO)
• Review SOPs, protocols & reports for accuracy
• Conduct facility & process inspections
• Assist with audits, CAPA, and quality investigations
• Support in quality metrics reporting & dashboard analysis
• Help prep for client visits & regulatory inspections
• Provide basic regulatory training to internal teams
• Respond to customer regulatory inquiries

Requirements

• Min Degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Min. 2 years\' QA experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail & clear communication
• Team player with initiative and professionalism
