Job summary

A healthcare recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to lead method development and validation in QC microbiology. The successful candidate will have a degree in science and at least 2 years of experience in an ISO17025/GMP lab, along with expertise in compliance, project management, and mentorship. This role includes conducting client project analyses and ensuring high-quality laboratory practices.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years QC microbiology experience in an ISO17025 / GMP lab.
• Experience in method validation, transfer & qualification.
• Knowledge of ISO17025, cGMP, and Measurement Uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Mentor technical staff and assist the Laboratory Manager.

5 days office hour

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform method development & validation (e.g. bioassay, mycoplasma)
• Review and interpret analytical results for client projects
• Act as SME & liaise with customers (including site visits)
• Prepare SOPs, protocols, and reports
• Ensure compliance with ISO17025 / cGMP standards
• Support audits, investigations & improvement initiatives
• Mentor technical staff & assist Laboratory Manager
