Job description
- Manage daily operations related to metal production process
- Monitor and analyze costs and production rates
- Maintain production records and logging of daily production
- Support the evaluation and selection of new equipment
- Oversee safety and security regulations
- Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and machines
- Train and supervise production staff
- Identify areas of improvement and ensure corrective action is taken where necessary
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful production completion
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize production efficiency
