Job summary

A global IT consulting firm is seeking a Solution Developer based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) applications using .Net or Java. Requirements include a degree in Computer Science, 1-3 years of experience in MES, and strong programming skills. Good communication in English and Chinese is essential. The position involves working closely with project managers and providing post-development support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience in design and development, preferably in MES domain.
• Understanding of the entire SDLC process.
• Self-motivated, creative, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing applications (MES) based on specific requirements.
• Design and develop User Interface and System Interface.
• Write and conduct tests such as SIT and UAT.
• Provide post-development support and resolve issues.
• Work with project manager to ensure project delivery on time.

Skills

Strong programming skills in .Net

Strong programming skills in Java

Database knowledge (SQL / Oracle)

Good communication skills in English

Good communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)

Education

Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
