Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Merchant Assessment Officer to handle KYC/AML assessments, support merchant onboarding, and resolve enquiries. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a Diploma or A Level, and offers a salary of up to $2,200 per month. Location:North

Working Hours:Mon-Thurs, 8:30am-6:00pm, Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary:Up to $2200 per month (depending on education and qualification)

Job Description:

• Schedule appointment for terminal change out
• Work with operational team on deployment schedule
• Maintain status update on tracker
• Achieve appointment target
• Resolve issues and enquiries from merchant
• Conduct daily BAU assessment, periodic review and analyze new & existing merchant profile (AML/KYC and credit risk assessment) within SLA.
• Working with various stakeholders as part of the onboarding of merchants
• Ongoing monitoring of alerts as part of the AML/KYC notifications.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to make the Merchant Assessment team more effective

Requirements:

• Open to Diploma/A Level with no working experience
• Preferably someone with coordinator/admin liaising job experience
• Experience in AML/KYC processing would be an added advantage
