NETS is seeking an AML/KYC Officer within the AML Team of the Customer Service and Operations division in Singapore. The role focuses on conducting AML/KYC screening for new and existing merchants and ensuring data consistency across systems.

The successful candidate will review name screening hits, update AML/KYC records, analyze data, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues while handling additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, GCE A level and/or GCE O level with experience.
• Proficient in or has experience in KYC/ AML function.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to read Chinese characters would be an added advantage.

The AML Team is part of the Customer Service and Operations division in NETS. This team is responsible for conducting AML/KYC screening on all new & existing merchants.
The Officer will be responsible for ensuring data consistency among the various systems as part of AML/KYC requirement. He/She will be reporting to AML Team Manager.

• AML function/ KYC updates
• Data analysis and alignment among the various systems.
• Conduct investigation and follow-up closely with relevant stakeholders, if required.
• Handle other function(s) as and when required
