Job Responsibilities
  • Source new products and manage assigned merchandise categories
  • Plan product assortment, category mix, and range planning
  • Analyze pricing strategies to maximize sales and margins
  • Prepare data and insights for supplier negotiations
  • Coordinate with suppliers on promotions and timely stock delivery
  • Manage slow-moving inventory and improve sell-through rates
  • Ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items
  • Monitor inventory levels to minimize overstock and markdown risks
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute promotions and product launches
  • Prepare monthly sales and inventory analysis reports
  • Conduct market research on trends and competitor activities
  • Perform regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards
  • Plan and execute store promotions for renovations, openings, and closures, managing Back to School (BTS) orders for stores, and supporting offsite events to ensure smooth retail operations.
  • Support store openings, renovations, closures, BTS orders, and offsite events
  • Assist in events, campaigns, and merchandising administrative duties
Job Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of purchasing or relevant experiences.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
