About Ksisters: Ksisters is a fast-growing K-Beauty and K-Lifestyle e-commerce company based in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate and has strong interest of entrepreneurship to join us as a Merchandiser in our dynamic #KsistersTeam!

Responsibilities
  • Commit at least 3-4 times a week to travel to assigned retail outlets for merchandising and goods delivery (several locations each day).
  • Plan and manage daily store visits to ensure all assigned outlets are serviced efficiently.
  • Execute merchandising, display, and promotional plans according to brand standards.
  • Ensure products are neatly displayed, correctly priced, and well-stocked.
  • Work closely with key account manager/ retailer/store personnel to prevent stockouts and maintain inventory levels.
  • Build strong relationships with store teams and understand retailer SOPs and operations.
  • Sugges t and implement improvements to planograms for better product visibility and stock front facing.
  • Address and resolve store-level issues to ensure compliance with the standards outlined in the initial sales agreement
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum O-Level or Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing or retail merchandising (experience in beauty/personal care is a plus).
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Possessing a personal vehicle is a plus.
