Responsibilities:

• Process buyers’ orders
• To co-ordinate samples
• Coordinate and work closely with production on order lead-times, handles day-to-day problems and ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with suppliers and factory
• Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, data entry, etc.
• Plan delivery schedule

Requirements:

• Experience in garment industry / Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related discipline
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking suppliers
• Team player, self driven and highly motivated
• Meticulous and willing to learn
