Job summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and consistent quality.
  • Manage daily procurement operations, including purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment based on restaurant needs.
  • Work closely with kitchen and operations teams for accurate forecasting and demand planning.
  • Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and inventory for audit and reporting purposes.
