Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH GROUP is seeking a Merchandise Planner to drive commercial performance through range planning, demand forecasting, buying, and in-season trading. • Degree in Business, Finance, Retail, Analytics or related discipline.
• Experience in merchandising, buying processes, and product management.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchise markets to develop Open-to-Buy plans and align with financial targets.
• Forecast demand and order quantities based on sales performance and market insights.
• Support pre-season planning, including launch planning, allocation, pricing and assortment development.
• Curate product assortments by market and category to optimize stock and sell-through.
• Manage product performance through lifecycle, identify opportunities for repeats and markdowns.
• Build relationships with franchise partners and cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
