Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a full-time, on-site Design Intern to support the Merchandise and Digital Media teams. You will collaborate with designers to create graphics, illustrations, layouts, and concepts for consumer merchandise and media assets.

The ideal candidate is pursuing Visual Arts or Graphic Design, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and able to start by August 2026 for a 6-month internship.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree or currently pursuing Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.
• Basic understanding of merchandise design and production and digital media.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects and skills.
• Passionate, thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and able to multi-task.
• Able to start by early Aug 2026 and commit 6 months of full-time, onsite internship

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
• Assist in the development of design concepts and ideas for Universal Studios Singapore/Adventure Cove Waterpark consumer merchandise.
• Work closely with team members to understand the project requirements and contribute innovative design solutions.
• Utilize design software and tools to produce high quality designs for both merchandise production and digital media.
• Support in maintaining and organizing design assets, ensuring consistency in branding.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into merchandise interpretations.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and project documentation.
