Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying (MEP) or related experience.
• Certification in workplace safety preferred.
• Proficient in English and able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse costing for tenders.
• Prepare, compile and submit progress claims in a timely manner.
• Check & prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors.
• Assist in contractual matters such as extensions of time.
• Prepare drawings or details using AutoCAD.
