Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD Singapore Branch is seeking a BIM Coordinator (MEP) to manage, federate, and coordinate BIM models for MEP systems across the project lifecycle. You will support the Project BIM Manager, act as the central contact for MEP coordination, and ensure a clash-free federated model aligned with BEP and BCA standards.

You will lead model coordination, perform clash detection, and oversee CSM/CSD/CBWD production for site execution while maintaining CDE data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in MEP BIM coordination within the Singapore construction industry.
• High proficiency in Navisworks Manage (for clash detection) and Revit MEP (for modeling/review).
• Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, MEP system design, installation sequencing, and site operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead coordination meetings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model Coordination & Federation: amalgamate multi-disciplinary models into a federated model.
• Clash Detection & Resolution: run automated clash detection and generate reports.
• Production of CSM/CSD/CBWD for site execution.
• BIM Standards Compliance with BEP, ISO 19650 and BCA guidelines.
• Data Management of CDE for MEP models and COBie/6D data for handover.
• Documentation & Reporting for coordination meetings and RFIs.
