Qualifications

• Good understanding of polymer chemistry, design of experiment, data analysis, and process troubleshooting.
• Experience in developing hollow fibre or flat sheet membranes is preferred.
• Working experience in a lab environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep up-to-date with latest membrane technology development.
• Support the development of dope formulation for membrane fabrication.
• Modify processes to improve membrane performance.
• Develop methods for membrane characterisation and performance evaluation.
• Ensure high repeatability for experiments and data collection.
• Maintain documentation and databases for research and development.
