About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and service‑oriented person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth membership administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage membership enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Update and maintain accurate member records, account status, and service requests in the membership system.
  • Follow up on membership payments, renewals, and entrance fees, including outreach to prospective and existing members.
  • Process new membership applications and renewals, including preparation of welcome packages.
  • Handle membership suspension requests due to medical, overseas assignments, or study reasons.
  • Process refunds or credit balances upon membership expiry or resignation.
  • Support front counter operations at the Membership Centre when required.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc projects such as membership recruitment drives or open house events.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or membership‑related roles.
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for an Officer (Membership) position.
