Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delighting our existing membership base, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and active engagement. You will lead initiatives to recruit Platinum-level and above members, develop innovative membership programs, and organize events that enhance the overall member experience.

Role and Responsibilities
KPI - Membership Management - Engage, Delight, Retain
  • Engage, Delight, Retain within existing membership
  • Build member referrals within existing membership
  • Drive sales streams across revenue/product buckets
  • Initiate new benefits/products for current membership base
  • Build, manage and upskill membership and ops team and budgets
  • Manage all front-facing PCS membership benefits and all membership events across all locations
  • Assist management in implementing business initiatives
  • Monthly management reports – member engagement insights, recruitment and attrition rates, ROI on Partnerships
KPI - Development - Support Recruitment Initiatives
  • Drive new Platinum and above new membership sales
  • Co-build recruitment strategies with team across all prospect opportunities
  • Co-manage recruitment events in Clubhouse for optimal recruitment results
  • Driving recruitment opportunities through current membership base
  • Co-manage, co-curate and execute marketing and activation campaigns (automated and tactical) to achieve member recruitment and retention objectives.
Customer Relationship Management System management team
  • Assist in User Interface and User experience optimization of website
Main KPIs
  • Number of newly recruited Plat members per month
  • Sales attribution per month
  • Brand and company level personal contributions
