Qualifications

  • Relevant experience from the hospitality or service industry.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations of Membership and Guest Services duties.
  • Prepare daily shift opening/closing processes and documents.
  • Work closely with other front-of-house functions.
