Take on a dynamic and multi-skilled role across various Member touchpoints at the Club — Member Engagement, Membership, Concierge, Business Center & Library services, delivering warm hospitality and creating a home‑away‑from‑home experience for our Members.

We are looking for someone who is
  • Hospitality-focused
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with Members
  • Proactive, with strong coordination skills
  • Adaptable and confident in problem‑solving
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (no midnight shifts)
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)
  • Deliver warm and professional service in all interactions, maintaining a strong and welcoming presence across all Member touchpoints.
  • Take ownership and handle all enquiries, feedback, and requests from Members promptly and professionally.
  • Manage daily operations at the various Member touchpoints and ensure the space is ready for events, if any.
  • Responsible for end‑to‑end Membership administration and provide the full range of Concierge services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of Club activities and functions.
