Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a pharmacy logistics assistant to pack prescribed medications and arrange deliveries. You will work with the operations and delivery partners to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment and assist with inventory management.

The role requires a minimum 6 months commitment, a 5-day week (44 hours) with day or night shifts on a roster, including weekends. Hourly pay is SGD 12 during the day and SGD 15 at night, with breaks as listed.

Qualifications

• Commitment of minimum 6 months.
• Ability to work both day and night based on roster.
• 5-day work week, 44 hours; weekend availability required.
• Day shift: 9am–4pm with 1 hour break; SGD 12/hour.
• Night shift: 7pm–8am with 2 hours break; SGD 15/hour.

Responsibilities

• Pack medications prescribed by doctors for online orders.
• Arrange deliveries for medications.
• Coordinate with operations team and delivery partners to ensure on-time, smooth deliveries.
• Ensure packed medications are correct.
• Assist telemedicine lead in inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
• Ensuring that medications packed are correct
• Assist the telemedicine lead in managing the inventory
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Min 6 months commitment is required
• Need to be able to do both day and night based on roster
• 5 days work week, 44 hours (need to be comfortable to do weekends)
• Day (9am - 4pm) 1 hour break. $12/hr
• Night (7pm - 8am) 2 hours break. $15 / hr
