Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a procurement professional to support FFE planning and procurement for the Medical Tower project in Singapore. You will manage about 14,000 SKU items, coordinate with clinical users and vendors, and ensure timely documentation and reporting.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related disciplines and relevant procurement experience, with a 3+3 months contract and potential conversion to permanent. Location is Novena.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building/Construction, Project Management, Supply Chain / Procurement, Business, Healthcare Administration or related discipline.
• Relevant procurement experience

Responsibilities

• Support FFE / Procurement workgroups, including meeting materials, minutes and action tracking
• Maintain accurate project documentation, filing and version control
• Prepare procurement documentation, dashboards, presentations, business cases and approval papers
• Track procurement packages, project milestones, dependencies and outstanding actions
• Coordinate with clinical users, project teams, consultants, vendors and procurement stakeholders
• Manage and reconcile approximately 14,000 SKUs, primarily loose furniture and medical equipment
• Support Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) planning and procurement for the Medical Tower project
