What You Will Be Doing
  • Perform a range of histological procedures, including tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining (routine and special stains).
  • Ensure accurate preparation and analysis of tissue specimens in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards (GLP/GCP).
  • Support the validation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment used in histopathological testing.
  • Collaborate with pathologists, scientists, and research associates to support preclinical and clinical study samples.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes and quality systems.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of hands‑on histology experience in a clinical, hospital, or research laboratory setting.
  • Familiarity with GCP/GLP and clinical research environments is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team‑oriented environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all laboratory activities.
  • Must be amenable to report to Loyang Way office on a daily basis.
