What you'll be doing
  • Perform and validate diagnostic laboratory tests to support clinical decision-making
  • Handle, process, and analyse patient specimens with precision and care
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control compliance to uphold patient safety
  • Identify and expedite abnormal results or procedural deviations promptly
  • Mentor junior staff and ensure smooth laboratory workflow in a patient-focused environment
  • Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and laboratory projects that enhance clinical services
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies
What we're looking for
  • Recognised Diploma and above in Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field
  • 2 - 5 years of working experience in clinical or hospital laboratory settings
  • Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems, safety standards, and documentation
