You will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment pertaining to children\'s and women\'s health issues. You will participate in an interdisciplinary setting to provide counselling and case management, as well as to conduct risk assessments of patients and their families in financial, emotional and health crises. You will be the liaison and resource person for patients and their families.
This is a 1-year contract position.
