They are seeking a Product Specialist to drive commercial success across key therapeutic areas - Psychopharmacology and Anti-Infectives, within Singapore’s hospital and specialist clinic networks.

Responsibilities:
- Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to medical practitioners and allied health professionals in clinics and hospitals
- Develop strong understanding of therapeutic areas including psychiatry and infectious diseases
- Secure product listings in private and restructured hospitals’ formularies and clinic networks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product positioning, branding strategy, customer needs, and competitor landscape
- Execute territory management through sales reporting and market intelligence
- Coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to support top-line performance
- Detail scientific materials and engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new accounts
- Plan and manage visit schedules to ensure optimal coverage and frequency
- Ensure strict compliance with company code of conduct and internal SOPs for product promotion and HCP interactions
- Handle customer complaints, product technical issues, adverse events, and medical inquiries professionally and in line with company procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of product sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including engagement with private and restructured hospitals
- Sales experience across any therapeutic area is valued; familiarity with psychiatry or infectious diseases will be an advantage
- Strong scientific acumen with the ability to communicate clinical value effectively to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Proactive and results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and proven stakeholder engagement capabilities
