Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Records Assistant to manage medical records administration. You will generate and filter appointment reports, retrieve archived records, and upload digital medical files into the Epic system to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Work five days a week during office hours at Novena. The role requires at least a Diploma or A Level, vaccination against TDAP, Varicella and MMR, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Min A Level/Diploma in any field.
• Valid TDAP, Varicella/Chickenpox, MMR Vaccinations.
• No exp needed, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate and filter appointment reports from the Epic system based on requirements.
• Retrieve and download archived patient records from the EnCDA system.
• Upload digital medical records and lab results accurately into Epic system.
• Ensure all imported documents are clear, complete, legible, and correctly indexed.
• Maintain proper filing, secure storage, confidentiality, and compliant disposal of medical records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
