Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist for a 5-month contract. You will perform diagnostic tests in the Microbiology Laboratory and assist in protocol development and quality assurance. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Microbiology or Biotechnology and good communication skills. Training will be provided.

[Note: This is a maternity coverage position and contract is non-renewable.]

You will be performing standard diagnostic tests in Microbiology Laboratory for infectious agents involving microscopy, bacterial culture, susceptibility testing and various identification techniques including molecular work as assigned. You will also be assisting in protocol development and quality assurance and document management as required. Training will be provided.
