Location/Division Specific Information
Our Medical Communications team works to improve patient health by supplying high-quality medical information services on behalf of our customers to patients, healthcare providers and stakeholders. We manage medical information inquiries, document adverse events and product complaints, support product launches and help customers set up successful medical communications operations in a complex, global environment.

Work Shift Schedule: Regular Morning Shift (8:00AM to 5:00PM / 9:00AM to 6:00PM)
Discover Impactful Work:
As a Medical Information Specialist, you will have two primary responsibilities. First, you will provide medical and technical information to healthcare providers and patients on our client’s products, supporting customers in China and other APAC markets where Mandarin and English proficiency is required. This includes responding to inquiries on dosage, formulation, contraindications, and potential side effects. Second, you will manage adverse event reports by gathering details such as the patient’s profile, symptoms, and timing of drug administration or consumption, and forwarding the information to the case processing team.
