Roles & Responsibilities

• FULL-TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT for GP clinic

RiverSage Family Clinic at Upper Serangoon View (postal code : 530476)

Salary : $2500 - $3200 (inclusive of variable performance incentive)

13th month (AWS)

Someone who is :

• Proactive, keen to learn
• Excellent patient service
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Calm under pressure (busy clinic)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills

Job Scope :

• Register patients and dispense medications
• Settle payment
• Submit claims
• Assist with routine medical procedures, e.g. ECG, swab test, nebulizer etc
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle correspondence, etc

Working hours

Job Types : Full-time

Mornings : Monday to Friday & Sunday (Saturday off, negotiable)

Nights : 3 weekday nights / week

Operating Hours :

Monday - Friday : 8am - 1pm, 6-9.30pm

Saturday & Sundays : 8am - 12.30pm
