• Perform preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of medical equipment including sterilizers related systems in healthcare facilities.
• Plan and manage workload effectively to meet service turnaround targets within established timelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and equipment histories, ensuring timely updates to the system for real‑time tracking.
• Support quotation preparation and follow‑up activities, ensuring timely approvals and order processing.
• Adhere to ISO procedures, safety guidelines, and risk management processes during all service activities.
• Participate actively in technical and product training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing feedback and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge in both engineering and IT applications
• Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or overseas as required
• Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
