YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Media Manager will lead media strategy, planning, and execution across Southeast Asia and Australia (SEAO), while driving the growth of the brand’s LINE Thailand account.

You will work closely with the Media & PR Director, SEAO, local agencies, and the Paris headquarters to build brand equity and desirability, leading all media plans with a strong focus on digital excellence (excluding search).

This role combines strategy with hands‑on campaign management across digital and traditional media, ensuring maximum brand visibility and engagement. You will also drive key LINE KPIs—follower growth, engagement, and campaign performance—to enhance the platform’s contribution to overall brand objectives.

Job Responsibilities
MEDIA
  • Lead the localization of global media briefs for Southeast Asia, identifying strategic opportunities to enhance visibility and brand desirability, and guiding agencies to deliver best‑in‑class, locally relevant recommendations aligned with headquarters.
  • Oversee end-to-end media planning and execution, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and agility in response to evolving budgets, audience behaviours, and market dynamics.
  • Drive continuous optimisation of digital activities—targeting, tracking, reporting, and performance measurement—through data‑driven insights and innovative solutions that improve efficiency and impact.
  • Proactively evaluate and pilot new media opportunities, channels, and technologies to maximise brand reach and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to local agencies, fostering innovation, accountability, and process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary SEAO liaison for media activities, consolidating campaign plans, performance metrics, and financial reporting for headquarters.
LINE THAILAND
  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for LINE Thailand, ensuring alignment with regional communications plans and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, E‑commerce, and HQ Social teams to align the monthly content calendar with product priorities, campaign moments, and brand direction.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end campaign management—including content planning, broadcast messages, creative formats, partner/vendor coordination, asset delivery, reporting, and calendar management—ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Define, track, and optimise KPIs (e.g., follower growth, engagement, conversion) using analytics and insights to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary regional point of contact for LINE Thailand, managing reporting, budget communication, and coordination with headquarters and local agencies.
  • Lead and mentor internal and agency partners to ensure excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in execution.
Your Expertise & Experience
  • 5–8+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and campaign management, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
  • Strong expertise in both digital and traditional media—including social, display, programmatic, messaging platforms (LINE preferred), outdoor, and print—with a proven record of driving performance and ROI.
  • Skilled in analytics, optimisation, and budget management, leveraging insights to inform strategy and deliver measurable business results.
  • Experienced in leading agencies and managing cross‑market campaigns across Southeast Asia, with the ability to influence regional and global stakeholders.
  • Meticulous, organised, innovative and proactive, with a passion and curiosity for discovering new media opportunities, platforms, and content formats that enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to manage diverse stakeholders across local teams, partners, and headquarters.
