Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, adjustments, fabrication, and preventive maintenance to keep all machinery and production tools in optimal condition.
• Train and supervise operators while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Provide technical support to the Production Manager and resolve production-related engineering issues.
• Install, monitor, and report on new machinery while ensuring all required infrastructure is properly set up.
• Support quality initiatives and handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
