Job summary

A facilities management company based in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional for electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure mechanical systems are well maintained and perform preventive maintenance activities. A minimum of 3 years' experience in building facilities is required. Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the healthcare division are essential. The job offers a structured work shift, Monday to Friday with a half day on Saturday.

Our client offers a comprehensive facilities maintenance and technical infrastructure management, with consistent record of reliable performance

• Attend to requests related to mechanical systems in the building (eg: fire protection system, sprinkler, air compressor etc.)
• Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Supervisor/ Technical Officers
• Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures
• Ensure safety first when carrying out maintenance works
• Update end-users on the status of the request
• Comply with uniform dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at all times

Requirements

• BCA SEC(k) / coretrade in Electrical or mechanical trade preferred
• Willing and able to work in healthcare division
• Minimum 3 years in electrical maintenance in building facilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent WSH experience and behaviour
• Transport allowance provided

Work Shift : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
