Job description

Performing complete overhauls—from disassembly and diagnosis of faults (both electrical and mechanical) to repair, rewinding, testing, and precision realignment with driven equipment.

Bearings

Executing the precise removal, installation, and lubrication of various bearing types, and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes like misalignment or improper lubrication.

Supporting Tasks

Conducting preventive maintenance (vibration analysis, thermography), maintaining associated components like pumps and gearboxes, and accurately documenting all work.

Safety & Compliance

Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in facility management field.

Proven hands‑on experience in mechanical maintenance (e.g., pumps, motors, HVAC, plumbing).

Experience in a critical environment (e.g., Data Center, Cleanroom, Semiconductor plant, Pharmaceutical plant) is a strong advantage.

Possess good proficiency in English, with the ability to understand and follow procedures and protocols.

Experience in using CMMS/SAP would be an advantage.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or relevant field is a plus.
