Job summary

Lam Heng Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to assist the Project Engineer with daily coordination, planning and execution of project plans. You will support progress tracking, coordinate activities and help resolve problems.

You will also prepare and maintain documentation including shop drawings and variation orders, and produce service and dimension reports according to customer specifications while liaising with sub-contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CNC machine shop environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Engineer with daily coordination, planning and execution of project plan.
• Help monitor progress and coordinate activities; resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation including shop drawings and variation orders.
• Prepare service and dimension reports per customer specs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
