This position reports directly to the Company Directors and engages with clients, consultants, developers, subcontractors and site managers.

Roles

This individual plays a key role in securing successful and appropriately priced ACMV in tenders and overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to cost controls while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications

The Mechanical Project Manager should possess a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant tendering experience particularly in air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems for commercial and industrial projects. Prior experience in data center/server room environments will be an added advantage.
